When we visit Las Vegas, we have perfected a system that ensures we have the best time! It ensures we get the most fun in, don't leave exhausted and take everything in.
Weekend in Las Vegas
We like to stay 2 nights, so that we can give ourselves one night before the concert or show.
Day/night 1, we go big. Have all the fun and stay up late. This gives us a day to recover before we see the concert.
Day 2, sleep in, take it easier. Enjoy a nice lunch and chill by the pool or walk around. Have an early dinner, and then head to the concert. Maybe a drink or two, but we prefer to take it easy so that we can fully enjoy (and remember!) the concert we are paying good money for!
Day 3, wake up, eat breakfast (depending on our mood) and head out! Since we didn’t stay up too late or go
Caesar’s Hotel Las Vegas
The hotel is huge and had a grand feel to it. We love the attached mall and all the options for food. We stayed in the Nobu tower and were really impressed. The rooms were really spacious and very nice.
Caesar’s Hotel Las Vegas Pool
The pool feels like it’s own world! Fountains and status make you feel like you are somewhere else!
We had drinks at the pool bar, we tried the pina colada, margarita and strawberry lemonade from the preblended tanks. They were all pretty sweet but good. I had a blackberry margarita which was really good.
Caesar’s Hotel Las Vegas Restaurants and Bars
Vanderpump Cocktail Garden
Vanderpump Cocktail Garden was amazing! The décor and feel was super cool and we loved the vibe. The cocktails were really good too. I had the Puff the Magic Dragon and it was fantastic.
Hells Kitchen
Hells Kitchen was absolutely delicious! They have a vegan and vegetarian menu that you can request which was perfect for Joe. They also had plenty of gluten-free options for me.
We tried the White Bean in Purgatory appetizer which was fantastic, Joe loved the bread but it was still great without it for me. We also had the carrots as a side and they were really delicious.
Joe ordered the Artichoke Risotto which was really good, light and not super heavy. I had the salmon which was on a bed of lentils and fennel salad with a citrus herb beurre blanc and so good.
The cocktails were incredible too. The La Diabla was so so good and the branded ice cube was a nice touch.
For dessert Joe did the Blueberry Cheesecake and he loved it. I did the Coconut 3 Ways which was the only gluten free option, I wasn’t super excited about it until it came. Not only was the presentation with the dry ice amazing but the dessert itself was incredible!
Bobby's Burgers
We had breakfast at Bobby’s Burgers the next morning. The breakfast burrito was so tasty! I had mine as a bowl, which they very easily accommodate and it was still great. The burrito has potato chips in it and it gave an awesome texture vibe! The fries on the side were really good too!
